If you have been watching the press briefings over the last few days, I can imagine all you're doing is listening to whoever's talking, not watching. It's probably because your eyes are fixed on the Minnesota Government's Sign Language Interpreter, Nic Zapko putting on an absolute CLINIC.
Not only is she capturing the full attention of my ADHD brain, but she is also able to effectively communicate to those who aren't able to hear the broadcast at an amazing speed:
And let's take a second to appreciate how she really gets into it by including the facial expressions. If I'm the one who isn't able to hear in this situation, I want my interpreter to deliver it with some emotion. Nic Zapko is the Paul Allen of interoperation, and I absolutely love it.
